Garret was set apart as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints today. He was set apart by our stake president, President Byers. Our Bishop, Bishop Damiano was there, as well as Pompa, Grammy, Cam, Rachelle, Nixon, and Jon. Kirt and I, and Tanner and Emilie, and Katie and Kyden were able to join on Zoom. We all got to share some advice for Garret about how to be a good missionary before his setting apart. It was very sweet (and a little sad that we weren't there in person but I'm grateful for technology). After his setting apart, Grammy put his missionary tags on him. He is officially a missionary now! He starts home MTC tomorrow morning. He's going to be a great missionary.
